Complaint Letter about Logistics
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with your logistics services.
I recently ordered a parcel from your company, and unfortunately I have experienced a number of problems with the service. First and foremost, the package arrived two days late, despite promising a three-day delivery period when I placed the order. This has caused me great inconvenience and has irked me greatly.
Secondly, the package was delivered to me in a damaged condition. When I opened it, I found that the contents of the package were damaged. The items inside had broken beyond repair and can not be used or returned. This damage is clearly the result of improper handling and transportation, and it has caused a huge inconvenience to me.
Finally, the customer service I received was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I called the customer service line, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a complete lack of empathy. This has only exacerbated my frustrations and made me more disgruntled by the experience.
I trust that you will rectify the situation and compensate me for my losses. I require a refund for the cost of the parcel, as well as compensation for the damage caused. I sincerely hope that you will address my concerns as soon as possible and ensure that such a situation does not occur again in the future.
